Real Estate Advisor (m/f) 2022 - Luxury Real Estate

Main activities:

• Analysis and prospection of the Real Estate Market
• Real estate raising, Luxury segment
• Presentation and sale of our New Developments
• Monitoring and management of owner and buyer customers
• Develop business and prospect new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum training 12th year and / or Degree
• Minimum professional experience in the real estate sector of 1 year or 2 years in similar commercial functions.
• Proficiency in a second language English, German, Mandarin. (not conditioning)
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Negotiation and analysis skills.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Domain of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Integrity and excellent personal and human training.
• Excellent presentation.
